	Amberly Established in 2006, Amberly held the distinction as the fastest selling neighborhood in the Triangle during 2006. Amberly is located in the "New Cary" in the Northwest Section. There are seven different neighborhoods within Amberly. Village Square offers custom homes with small lot sizes and luxury brick townhomes with elevators.
