Amberly

Amberly

Established in 2006, Amberly held the distinction as the fastest selling neighborhood in the Triangle during 2006. Amberly is located in the "New Cary" in the Northwest Section. There are several different neighborhoods within Amberly. Village Square offers custom homes with small lot sizes and luxury brick townhomes with elevators. Blackstone at Amberly is a sold out Pulte Community. Washington Square at Amberly is a KB Home community with brick townhomes. The Peninsula has more of a traditional Custom neighborhood feel, with nicer topography, larger lot sizes, and the possibility of wooded backyards and basements. Another community that has been selling like hotcakes is the Dell Webb community at Carolina Preserve in Amberly. One of Amberly's greatest assets is the tremendous amenities package in the community which includes the Amberly Residents Center, a gymnasium, village green, event lawn, children's playground, Jr. Olympic pool, and a family fun pool.
